The objective of this role is to build up the research and development team and establish a high-quality development process in Vietnam while ensuring regular exchanges with the German R&D team. Additionally, the role aims to control projects to meet quality, time, and cost targets, closely cooperate with the manufacturing team, and coordinate with the global purchasing team to optimize product costs.

• Establish a high-quality development process in VN
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final production, ensuring timely and successful product launches
• Regular exchange with German R&D team 
• Control projects to ensure quality, time and costs of the projects
• Cooperate closely with manufacturing team in improving our products and their assembly processes
• Coordinate with global purchasing team to optimize product costs
• Ensure all development activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to various projects based on priority and potential impact.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
• Establish and manage relationships with external partners, including suppliers, research institutions, and technology providers.
