As a Regional Director, you play a pivotal role in driving the company´s success in the region and thus make a significant contribution to our company's ambitious growth strategy.
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Drive the development and expansion of the national subsidiary into an active and scalable sales organization (Territory- , Account-, Key Account Management) positioning it for sustainable growth and success in the market.
- Establish further service departments to support the growth such as operations etc.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both direct sales teams and distribution channels
- Establish and manage long-lasting relationships with key partners, distri-butors, and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on market research and analysis
- Identify new market opportunities and market segments and drive expansion into them (e.g. Robotics, IoT)
- Implement and further develop the company-wide sales approaches and processes
- Proficient in applying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably experienced in using Salesforce
- Responsible for the financial performance of your region (Order Intake, Revenue and Results)
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of our employes in the US Subsidiary
